I'm baaaaaaaack!?

So, I originally started this, as you can see in February 2007 for a school paper. As you can tell...that was over a year (and almost a half) ago. It's so crazy to think that it has been that long! There has been MANY things happen in my young life since then. Some that are good, and some that are bad.

Mainly, I'm starting this out of boredom. But, also, I think I'm starting this just to let all of my feelings out. I no longer live with my parents, I now live with my grandparents in Panama City Beach, Fl. I moved here about two months ago...for reasons that I will save for another blog, some other time. HAHA.

Uhm...I attend Gulf Coast Community College. This summer semester is my first semester there..and, so far, it's tough! Maybe that's because I never took any "serious" courses at AUM except English Comp 101 & 102. But, anyway, it seems to be a little tricky. I'm taking one class this summer semester, which is a bummer. At GCCC they only allow two classes for the summer, and since my transcripts had yet to transfer, I wasn't sure on any other classes to take..

Uhm, to make a long story short, I left behind a wonderful family back in Alabama. My mom, dad and four adopted sisters. Three of the four have Downs...and they were all adopted! My mom and dad have a lot on their plate, but I know wouldn't trade it for the world! My twin brother lives here with me in Florida. We both moved away at different times. Mike moved about a year & a half ago, and I just a few months. We both moved for different reasons, his more financially driven, mine more for independence. I'm sure we will both flock back to the nest at some point in time, even if just for a little while. (He will probably sooner than I.) It's always nice to know you have a home to go back to if needed! But, if we leave my parents alone for too long, they'll probably continue to fill up the house with more little kiddies! ;)
